There are so many pressures on teenagers – those that they put on themselves and those that are put on them by others. There are also several physiological, neurological and chemical changes occurring during this time.
A well-adjusted teen can be described as someone with a strong sense of certainty and self-awareness with a healthy regard for their physical and emotional states. Teen coaching is a great way to achieve this and once established, confidence, clarity, hygiene and motivation and are natural outcomes.
By building up young adults with care, mindfulness and respect, they can go into the world with the right attitude. They will have the opportunity to effect positive change on culture and society, and ultimately, the future.
